Strange pulling feeling? 3weeks preg (hopefully)?

I've had this strange tugging feeling in between my hips like 3 or 4 times the past couple days. It isn't on one side its one spot almost directly in the middle. It kind of feels like someone took a string through the front of my uterus and someone is tugging it. Ive never had this feeling before. Could that have been implantation?
