What ethnicity has curly hair?

I'm mostly Irish and French, but I'm also English, German, Welsh, and Czechoslovakian. My hair is extremely curly. Not waves or little curls, but full on ringlets. I was wondering what ethnicity curly hair is most common in and if it's one of the 6 races I have within me. (My hair is an auburn color if that helps.)
