Env3 camera flash keeps going off?

my phone is about 2 years old and its verizon. i had it in my bag when i went swimming, so i didn't get it directly wet. i think that my phone might have gotten wet when i put the bad over my shoulder and the water dripped from my towel onto my phone (maybe). it was completely FINE when i got home for 2 hours, then my phone's flash for the camera kept flashing when i plugged the phone in to charge. now its the next morning and it won't turn on. it looked like condensation formed inside the camera lense. is this phone completely done? thanks.
