A question about curly hair?

Alright, so all my life i've had relatively straight, kind of wavy hair, then when i got into fifth grade, it just like, exploded into ringlets. They're not frizzy, and i certainly dont have an afro. So my question is: Since i had wavy hair before, do you think it'll go back to that? I'm ending seventh grade right now, so... Will it always be this curly, or will it go back to how it was before? Answers would be nice, thanks ^-^
