Uhh i dont want to sound crazy but wtf am i seeing haha?

its sorta like a ghost or something, im not sure how to put it but i can see him and he looks like a real person, but if i look directly at him he turns all shadowy and like slides on the floor and disappears into the walls or under something...uhh am i going crazy or is it some weird paranormal stuff or something?
