What happens if police raid your house and seize extacy pills but do not document them in the report?
this happend in california, they raided a house looking for a specifiec person and looking for a gun but found 30 extacy pills.but they didnt document them on the inventory report sayin they found them. can they be used against you in court 7 months later?
