How do you do your hair if its curly/wavy but more curly?

I have curly hair, but its not super curly with ringlets, it is curly and very wavy. Some people i know say to just put mouse in it, but i just don't know what to do at all. So can anyone please tell me how to tame it, and make it look decent and natural
