Swimmers ear, or Ear infection?

Okay so 2 days ago my mom took me to the doctor and she pushed on the back of my ear and it hurt and then said it was swimmers ear. She gave me a prescription for ear drops that i picked up directly afterwards. I've been using those drops since she gave them to me just like the directions say to do but i don't think they work at all because I put them in my ear and it just sits there. My ear is swollen it looks bigger then the other one, touching it puts me in excruchiating pain and same with pulling on my ear lobe, it feels like there's something blocking it and infected right behind that little hole in your ear.
