Bank Account Seizure and Child Support?

I typically receive child support on a monthly basis and this month, nothing had came through as it usually does. My mother in law states that she actually was trying to set up the account to make a payment to child support and found that they had deducted $2,000. I have not seen this transaction at all in my child support records, she states this happened last week. What do you advise had happened and is about to happen with the payments? Is this possible? How long does a payment from the non-custodial parent take if the account was seized, sent to child support then to the custodial party? Thank you for your help. Serious answers only please.
