Hairstyle for curly hair?

I have dirty blond curly hair, and it curls in ringlets, but some strands are just frizz. I use hair product to take the frizz away so that it's just the ringlets. My hair is a lot like Taylor Swifts in this particular picture http://hairstyleschats.com/tag/curly-hair-bridesmaid-styles/ where the top doesn't curl very well, and its ringlets in some places and more of a wave in others. I was hoping someone with curly hair like this might have found a hair product that works. Thanks!
