Im still really confused about everything?

She probably does still think of you, but you know that you did bad things to her and so does she. She may miss you and still even love you a bit, but if she found someone who can treat her with respect and love, she deserves that. You need to leave her alone for her sake. Take this as a lesson learned: you can't treat someone like dirt and still get to be around them.
