Should I get a full fringe?

I'm getting bored with me hair...It's curly, not afro curls but wavy curls and a few ringlets. I had the idea of dying it a dark chocolatey colour with a full fringe. At the moment I have a side fringe, but it's getting so long that it's pretty much just my hair now. Its medium length, and I do straighten it from time to time. My face is quite thin but not really thin. I have brown eyes, they arent dark, they are quite light and pure. So do you think it would look bad or ok or good?
