What is going through a guys head when he first says....?

Please help me understand men! We are attracted to each other, we have openly said it, now we want to spend more time together and this is how its going: one moment we are to meet, then have to cancel, then minutes later sees a picture of me and compliments me, then next morning I say when im available to meet, then i get a reply no to me directly but as a profile status saying " not in the mood pliz"...is this person interested or not!?
